Just the Press of a button on the wearable, sends a signal to the Care center via the connected Mobile network. The pendant also has a built-in speaker and microphone, allowing the wearer to communicate with their caregiver or emergency services in the event of an emergency
The care center manager then checks the location of the GPS signal and immediately connects with the patient and gets an update on the situation. If indoors they can communicate to the patient via the Smart Control Panel. If outdoors the communication happens via the mobile device connected to the smart device. If the patient cannot respond the care officer immediately connects to the family members or the bystanders and decide the next course of action.
The care officer then calls the registered doctor or hospital and initiates the arrival of the doctor or ambulance or whatever response is accurate for that situation.
The ambulance or the doctor reaches the patient without any delay thus initiating prompt and timely response and care
The sensors pick up the signal or the person presses the wearable button . The SMART HUB then sends a signal to the care center
